REIKI

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique that literally translates to "Spiritual Guided Life Force Energy." It can be done through touch or intention to promote physical healing from both inside (chakras) and outside the body (aura), to reduce stress and move past negative emotions. Reiki promotes relaxation, thus enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal which has never been as important as it now in our lifetime.

In addition to bolstering your immune system, better sleep is one of the primary benefits my clients mention. As a trained practitioner, I can channel energy either by means of touch, "laying of hands" or palm healing or through "Distance Healing" to activate the natural healing process. MERIDIAN TRACING

Meridians are like pathways leading to energy centers or Chakras that play vital roles in one's mental, physical, and spiritual health. Similar to roadblocks and detours, energy can get blocked, needing redirection. Meridian Tracing involves simple exercises to move that energy through the muscles and organs so the body can function at its optimum. Once energy moves fluidly, toxins are released and the body becomes balanced.
