Hello I'm Stephanie, a Usui Reiki Master, registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), certified Roll Model Method Practitioner, and certified in Eden’s Energy Medicine (A Personal Journey to Health and Vitality). I have worked for over 20 years as a professional decorative artist, art teacher of grades K-12, and children and adults with special needs. My personal journey might seem familiar regarding aging and digestive health. Familiar foods were no longer easily digested causing both physical and mental stress. This prompted my mission and commitment to implement practices that fostered down regulation such as meditation, yoga, energy healing, and mindful food and nutrition choices. The ease of making those necessary transitions came in the form of regular Reiki treatments. The immediate feeling of warming heat, visible colors, and sensations of energy moving at my first treatment allowed me the peace and strength to make significant changes faster. The physiological benefits of Reiki was something I couldn’t refute! The energy body’s ability to aid in the recovery from illness and emotional stress was so effective for me personally, I dove right in. I received my training from a Reiki Master in direct lineage of Usui Sensi and have been providing treatments both virtually and in person.

I offer Usui Reiki, meridian flow exercises, yoga, personal training, art and design therapies. All offerings deal specifically with energy on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level and when addressed collectively, healing happens faster. It is my goal to assist you living your best life in the body you are in and the place you call home.
